How do I return an item? If you are not completely satisfied with your Sobral purchase or gift for any reason and wish to return it, please do so within 30 days. The item must be unworn and in the same condition as when purchased. Use the shipping carrier most convenient for you, and send the package to the following address: Sobral USA 412 West Broadway New York, NY 10012 Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a credit to your card used for the original transaction, for the cost of the item including taxes. If the item was a gift, or a purchase receipt is not available, credit will be given as a Sobral USA gift card. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Any clearance or discounted items may not be returned or exchanged. If you would like to return the item to our Sobral boutique in New York, please take a printed copy of the email invoice with you to the store.
